Wow. Let me just say, I don't think I have ever been so proud to be an American. Last night, the country showed that it could be broader and richer and more beautiful than any of us imagined possible. Everything feels different now, like the promise of America has finally been realized. This is huge.

I love it!!! Haven't checked your blog in several months (sorry...), and what a wonderful surprise when I did!!! Congrats, you guys! I'm soooo happy for you.... what a lucky little girl -- she's getting the best parents in the world.
I do have to share this strange observation (when don't I have one of those?): I opened the site to see your "preggers" photo on the right. And on the left was a broad-smiled Barack Obama declaring, "WE DID IT".
That stopped me for a second or two!
I hope you're having as much fun with this pregnancy as you seem to be. Congratulations!!
